• Additional bed: 9 Euro per day.

• Bed linen: Euro 12 per person per change.
• Bathroom linen: 10 euros per person per change.
• Tv + Dec (optional) availability: 50 Euro per week.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

How to cancel

The reservation can be canceled via Fax or E-Mail.

Penalties:

30% of the total stay if made within 30 days from the date of arrival;

50% of the total stay if performed from 29 days to 15 days before the date of arrival at the hotel;

70% of the total stay if performed from 14 days to 4 days before the date of arrival at the hotel;

After this period 100% of the total amount.

as to cancel

The reservation can be canceled it by mail or fax.

The notice to leave of the room involves penal following:

30% of the total amount if carried out within 30 days from the date of arrival,

50% of the total amount if carried out between 29 days and 15 days from the arrival date,

70% of the total amount if carried out between 14 days and 4 days from the arrival date,

100%   of the total amount in case of lacked arrival or lacked notice to leave within 3 days from the date the arrival.
